5.6 All deposits are final once credited to your pk3y5 wallet. Chargeback requests submitted through a payment provider in respect of funds that have been legitimately deposited and used for wagering will be treated as fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account suspension.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used to make a deposit to the requesting account, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name. pk3y5 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
6.2 Before processing a withdrawal request, pk3y5 may require the player to complete KYC verification. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used for withdrawal. Players are advised to submit KYC documents proactively to avoid delays.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the pk3y5 cashier section. USDT and Bitcoin withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Local payment method withdrawals may take longer depending on the relevant banking or mobile money provider processing times.
6.4 pk3y5 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6.6 In the event of account closure or termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via a verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

13.2 pk3y5 may be required to disclose player personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in connection with its obligations under its international gaming license. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
